Yes. We think anywhere between 10-2000 FTE as a guide. Our content, playbooks and resources are specifically geared towards smaller, scaling orgs. You don't officially need to be a 'start up' though. SME's are fine too.
Absolutely. Everything included in this membership is completely asynchronous. No live events etc. It's content that's designed to be timezone agnostic, and our partner marketplace includes providers from all over the world, which we'll continue to grow.
If you're not in a People role, or People Consultant role, then you likely won't get much value from this. Equally if you're in the corporate / enterprise space then this may not be so relevant. Our content & partners are geared towards folks working in the 10-2000 FTE space.
