ASSESSMENT METHOD

Assessment Method

160 point threshold

The Open Assessment helps companies tangibly measure their level of clarity & communication across 6 Pillars and 35 achievement areas.

All achievements carry a maximum weight of 30 points, giving a total possible score of 1050.

To achieve Open Org certification a company must score at least 160 on the assessment.

Trustworthy, Multi-layer verification

Before any of the 35 achievements can be earned, they must be verified by Open Org.

First, a member of your team will carry out a self-assessment, after which we will work with you to visually verify these achievements (usually via public URL, or internal documentation).

As a final layer of authentication, some (not all) achievements must then be verified by your employees too. This is carried out via a simple, short survey.
