I'm a Consultant / Fractional - Is this good for me?

Absolutely! Our playbook collection is the perfect addition to your own consulting toolbox, and you can utilise our partner marketplace and offers to take to your own clients too

How often is new content added?

We'll be dropping new playbooks to the library at least once a quarter, with some likely smaller, more regular resources & content throughout the year too.

Can I pay in local currency?

Yes absolutely, you should have that option when you sign up, but you can contact us if you have any issues (hello@openorg.fyi)

Is this only right for 'people people' in the startup / scale world?

Yes. We think anywhere between 10-2000 FTE as a guide. Our content, playbooks and resources are specifically geared towards smaller, scaling orgs. You don't officially need to be a 'start up' though. SME's are fine too.

Is this valuable to anyone, anywhere in the world?

Absolutely. Everything included in this membership is completely asynchronous. No live events etc. It's content that's designed to be timezone agnostic, and our partner marketplace includes providers from all over the world, which we'll continue to grow.

Who isn't this right for?

If you're not in a People role, or People Consultant role, then you likely won't get much value from this. Equally if you're in the corporate / enterprise space then this may not be so relevant. Our content & partners are geared towards folks working in the 10-2000 FTE space.
