Our community is intentionally curated & capped to keep is super relevant and helpful to it’s members. As a guide, we’ve built this for startup people leaders (10-250 FTE), who are in-house. Whilst it’s open to anyone globally, transparently to make the most of this you are likely going to be based in a more western timezone (US/UK/Europe). This is because we run 2x Live virtual events every month, usually at 3pm UK time. They are recorded & shared but you might not get the full community experience if you can’t make these from time to time.
Broadly this isn’t typically the right space for Fractionals or Consultants, or folks in larger corporates (1000+ FTE). Also whilst this is in theory open to folks globally the majority of our community is more western (UK/US/Europe) due to the fact we run live virtual events each month too.
No. We have plenty of folks in between roles who still get a lot from this community, whether it be listening & learning, or using their time to give back generously to others.
This probably isn't the right space for you. It’s intentionally small, and capped and aimed at in-house people people. But you should definitely check out The Content Pass instead. It’s a great addition to a consulting toolbox.
We grew tired of seeing the lack of value, engagement and connection that took place in much larger, free-to-access communities. £20p/m means we keep hold of the folks who are genuinely engaging in the community, and it also means we can fund & pay for monthly speakers and also dedicate proper time to moderating, managing and taking part in this community ourselves.

Yes and no. Transparently, we run 2x regular events each month. Both virtual, but both at 3 or 4pm UK time so they tend to work well for folks in the UK/US/Europe but harder for folks to join live in APAC/ANZ. We do record all events so you could watch everything async but you may not feel the same value or experience.
Yes definitely. Many of our members will expense their community membership or have it covered by L&D budgets
